After working in the Irish Film Industry Kristian went traveling and ended up on the shores of New Zealand living and working there for ten years as a shooting, editing, director. It was while living in the southern hemisphere that Kristian came across the idea of a film making festival that would offer newbie filmmakers a leg up into the big leagues. Hence March On Film was born.

Julie will be taking a back seat this year as she is in the process of making another human being! Luckily this will mean another pair of hands to help us with the festival in the years ahead! As well as a background in architecture and design Julie has produced and assistant directed a host of short films and documentaries.

Ashling manages the March on Film website. She recently designed and developed the new March on Film website this year. She is currently studying in ITB blanchardstown to get her Digital Media Degree. Her studies mainly focus on Web and Graphic Design. She has been doing web design for the past three years.
Sheila Leonard - Marketer/ Administration Assistant for March on Film

Sheila will be helping out Rosin with the marketing and acting as a point of contact for Schools and colleges in the Midlands region.
Sheilas background is in administration and the Arts where she was involved in a local community Art Gallery and various music projects connected to this .
She has studied Digital Marketing and also Sound Engineering and is looking forward to helping raise awareness for this wonderful project.

Garret have worked in advertising (the media side) for over 12 years. His main interests are travel, music, going to watch Manchester United and he also has a soft spot for anything directed by Spike Lee!
Margaret - Marketer/ Administration Assistant for March on Film

Margaret joined March on Film this year as their E-mail Marketer. Along with volunteer work she has a strong interest and background in Tech/design. She also does freelance work as a asocial media marketer. Margaret has studied IT and Digital Marketing which has given her a stronger base from which to work within the education system combined with work experience for March on Film. At present Margaret is studying for a degree in Webdesign/Tech.
