28/02/2018 : Final Registration Date
By this date all entrants must have registered for the competition.
01/03/2018 : Competition Start Date
This is the the date when the March On Film officially starts. All registered teams will receive an email detailing the three compulsory elements which they must include in their films. This will happen at exactly one minute past midnight on the 1st of March. It's time to get going and create your masterpiece.
31/03/2018 : Submission Deadline
This is the finish date. All films must be uploaded and all relevant paper work must be submitted by 12.00 am (Midnight) on this date - (12.01 am is too late). All submitted films must be in the correct format and technical specifications. Late films may be screened but will not be eligible for prizes.
April 2018 - Screenings
All Teams who have submitted a Film and would like to have the film screened will be invited to the screenings events at a venue and dates to be confirmed. Each Team is allowed to bring up to 6 people to this event.
May/June 2018: MOF Awards Ceremony : The Sugar Club
As with previous years, the MOF Awards Night will be held at The Sugar Club on Leeson Street. Everyone is welcome to attend and tickets will be available on our website. After viewing the 10 Finalist's Films, Awards will be presented in a number of categories such as Best Film, Best Director, Best Cinematography etc. As well as seeing some wonderful shorts, this is a great opportunity to meet other film makers and industry professionals.
