28/02/2016 : Final Registration Date

By this date all entrants must have registered for the competition.

01/03/2016 : Competition Start Date

This is the the date when the March On Film officially starts. All registered teams will receive an email detailing the three compulsory elements which they must include in their films. This will happen at exactly one minute past midnight on the 1st of March. It's time to get going and create your masterpiece.

31/03/2016 : Submission Deadline

This is the finish date. All films must be uploaded and all relevant paper work must be submitted by 12.00 am (Midnight) on this date - (12.01 am is too late). All submitted films must be in the correct format and technical specifications. Late films may be screened but will not be eligible for prizes.

23/04/2016 : First Round Screenings - ATRL Centre

This is the first Screening Date. All Teams who have submitted a Film and would like to have the film screened at The ATRL Centre on Pearse Street, Dublin, www.atrl.ie , can come along to this event. Each Team is allowed to bring up to 6 people to this event.

15/06/2016 : MOF Awards Ceremony : The Sugar Club

This is the date for the MOF Awards Ceremony and Finalist Screenings. As with the previous years, this event will be held at The Sugar Club, on Lesson Street. Everyone is welcome to attend and tickets are available on our website. After viewing the 10 Finalist's Films Awards will be presented in a number of categories such as Best Film, Best Director, Best Cinematography etc. As well as seeing some wonderful shorts, this is a great opportunity to meet other film makers and industry professionals.
